Releyor Flow — Built for the Trades
The back office that runs itself.
Releyor Flow is the layer behind what Releyor AI captures on the call — leads routed to the right person automatically, quotes and invoices that go out without a second trip to the office, payment collection that doesn't need a follow-up call. It's currently in development — this page shows you where it's headed, not something you can buy today.
No waitlist spam. One email, when Flow is ready for new clients.
Already running Releyor AI? Flow is being built to plug straight into it — the same calls it books and quotes today become the jobs Flow routes, invoices, and collects on tomorrow.
See Releyor AI →How it's designed to work
The job doesn't stop when the call ends — right now, your admin time does.
Once Releyor AI books, quotes, or flags a call, someone still has to route it, quote it properly, invoice it, and chase payment. Flow is being built to take over from that handoff — automatically, without a second trip to the office. None of this is live yet; this is the plan.
-
1
It routes the lead
A booked or flagged job gets sent to the right person automatically — the on-call tech, the right crew, the right calendar — instead of sitting in an inbox.
-
2
It builds the quote or invoice
Quotes and invoices generate from the job details already captured — no re-typing what the AI already asked the customer.
-
3
It collects payment
Once a job's marked done, Flow sends the invoice and follows up on payment — no separate call to ask "did they pay yet?"
What's being built
The back-office layer behind what Releyor AI captures.
These are the pieces confirmed for Releyor Flow, plus a few we're actively scoping. None of this is available yet — it's shown here so you know where the platform is headed.
Automatic lead routing
Booked and flagged jobs get sent to the right person or crew automatically, with the CRM logic to back it up — no manual sorting.
Quotes & invoices, generated
Quotes and invoices are built from the job details already on file — no manual entry, no second trip to the office to write it up.
Payment collection
Once a job's marked complete, Flow sends the invoice and follows up on payment — without a separate phone call to chase it.
Review & feedback requests
Automatic post-job follow-up that asks for a review or flags a problem before it turns into a complaint.
Job status texts
Automatic "your tech is on the way" and "job complete" texts, so customers aren't calling in to ask for updates.
Simple job-pipeline view
A lightweight view of what's booked, quoted, invoiced, and paid — an early piece of what eventually becomes Releyor OS.
Where this stands
In development. Not sold before it's real.
Studio and AI are live because they're built and working. Flow is named here so you can see where the platform is headed — not because it's ready to buy. No pricing, no contracts, no dates. When it opens, it'll open first to clients already running Releyor AI.

Questions, answered
Straight answers
Can I sign up for Releyor Flow right now?
No — Flow isn't available yet. It's actively in development. You can leave your email below and we'll reach out the moment it opens to new clients.
When will it be ready?
We're not putting a date on it. We'd rather ship it once it's genuinely reliable than promise a timeline and miss it. This page will move from "in development" to a real product page when it's real.
Do I need Releyor AI first?
Yes — Flow is being built as the layer behind what Releyor AI captures on a call, so it's designed for clients already running Releyor AI. When it opens, that's who it opens to first.
What will it cost?
We haven't set pricing yet — that gets decided once the product is built and we know exactly what it does. Nothing to plan around yet.
Is the feature list final?
The core pieces — lead routing, quoting and invoicing, and payment collection — are confirmed. A few others shown here are still being scoped and may change before launch.
